What StepOz does
StepOz helps users understand tasks, follow prepared playbooks, open official/provider entrypoints, and keep completion evidence.
StepOz is not a government agency, medical provider, legal adviser, financial adviser, bank, transport provider, booking platform, or emergency service.
User confirmation gates
Users must personally confirm bookings, payments, government submissions, medical decisions, logins, one-time passwords, transport orders, and family notifications.
StepOz may prepare drafts, instructions, or handoff links, but users remain responsible for deciding whether to proceed.
Family Safety Pass
Family Safety Pass features are designed for consent-based support, daily check-ins, location sharing sessions, family dashboard support, and SMS escalation for safety events.
Family Safety Pass can support up to 3 family member seats. Each family member can use StepOz at a Personal Pass-equivalent personal level, while protected-user access requires consent and permissions.
Location sharing, trusted family contacts, and safety notifications must be configured with appropriate user consent and can be paused or revoked.
Subscriptions and third-party costs
StepOz may charge subscriptions or task credits for StepOz features. Public launch pricing is in USD: Pay Per Task, Personal Pass, Family Safety Pass, and custom Care Facility terms where applicable.
Third-party costs such as transport, delivery, booking, provider, government, or medical fees are paid directly to those providers.
Platform billing, refunds, taxes, and subscription changes may also be governed by Apple App Store or Google Play terms when subscribed through those stores.
