What counts as a completed task?
A task counts as completed when StepOz helps you reach a usable result, such as a confirmed next step, provider handoff, route, official entry, prepared script, or completed guidance flow.
Do I pay if StepOz cannot complete the task?
If StepOz cannot provide a usable result, the task should not count as completed.
Are third-party costs included?
No. Third-party costs such as transport, dining, medical services, government fees, tickets, or provider charges are separate from StepOz fees.
What is the difference between Personal Pass and Family Safety Pass?
Personal Pass is for regular individual task completion and supports 1 family contact for user-initiated SMS or WhatsApp reassurance. Family Safety Pass adds up to 3 family member seats, daily check-ins, location-sharing sessions, family dashboard support, and SMS fallback for safety events where configured.
What is StepOz Points?
StepOz Points is a one-level referral reward program. Points can be used for task credits or subscription time, but they have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
Can I earn cash from referrals?
No. StepOz Points have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and do not support multi-level or downstream rewards.
Does StepOz support care facilities?
Yes. Care Facility is the public custom plan for aged care facilities, home care providers, and organisations managing multiple residents or clients.
